Our most decadent Pastry Sour yet!
This beauty was achieved by dusting Pineapple with Brown Sugar before grilling them until they reached a deep caramelization. We then made a homemade Maraschino Cherries using fresh California cherries and a variety of Spices. We combined the pineapples and cherries and allowed the flavors to meld together for an additional 3 months. The result is a Pineapple Upside Down Cake that you can drink in a glass.
We are only releasing (60) 500ml bottles online. This beer is available on tap at the brewery. So order a few bottles, and stop in for a few pours.
