All About That Base Vol. III was rested in a mix of French Hungarian and American Oak barrels for 9 to 12 months before the final blend was created and bottled. The subtle oak notes play with the funk from the Brettanomyces and the tart from the Lactobacillus adds a refreshing crispness to round out this golden sour ale.
